Research explodes on the subject
Since the launch of the Andro-Switch and the fair contraception movement, research has grown dramatically. We've transitioned from publishing just one paper every 4 or 5 years on the subject to more than 30 annually.
The theme has been embraced across academic disciplines—medicine, sociology, design, and many others—all contributing to a better understanding of the method, the issues at stake, and its future development.
One of the direct consequences of our work is an increase in awareness of this method among prescribers, i.e. general practitioners:
