In France, this test can be carried out without a prescription, usually costing 40 euros, but laboratories are accepting fewer and fewer. Normally, you can get a 12-month prescription with a spermogram every 3 months. In France, only a tiny proportion of spermograms are fully covered by social security and health insurance. Elsewhere, the cost is borne by the person requesting it. Prices range from 50 to 250 euros, depending on the country.
