To install:
- Wash your hands thoroughly. Clean the thermal ring using mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse, and dry it with a clean towel or soft cloth. Slide the ring onto the penis. Then gently pull the scrotal skin through the ring until it rests snugly against the pubis and perineum. This action will push the testicles upward into the warmer inguinal canals, creating the necessary conditions for thermal contraception. Lightly pat to confirm that the testicles are positioned in their inguinal canals. Wash your hands again.
To remove:
