First, make sure your Andro-switch is positioned in contact with the pubis (the area above your penis) and the perineum (the area between your anus and scrotum).
Remember that once installed, the skin around the thermal ring should be slightly taut. Check that this is the case at the 2 inguinal folds, the pubis and the perineum.
The testicles should be in the inguinal pouch, i.e. above the thermal ring.
If the size is right, the heat ring shouldn't move around so much during the day that it becomes a headache.
Depending on your activities, you may need to check that the thermal ring has not come down. A tighter ring for sports and a larger one for night wear are generally good compromises.
Last but not least, the thermal ring holds best on dry skin. For aquatic activities or those involving heavy sweating of the pubic area, inguinal folds and perineum, check the Andro-switch position more frequently. If necessary, dry the pubic area, inguinal folds, perineum and thermal ring.
When you go to urinate, check that it's properly positioned. You don't normally need to replace it more than 4 or 5 times a day.
The ring must not slip, and the testicles must remain above the ring. You'll quickly notice if the model is unsuitable.
