To improve user follow-up and autonomy, the first tutorial on how to set up your own sperm analysis laboratory has been produced.

To date, several hundred people in Europe are using it.

Offering self-tests, or designing one's own DIY analysis center, is one way of improving the contraceptive pathway. Access to laboratories is still too complicated, too expensive, and sometimes too far away for regular visits.

This self-empowerment tool does not replace laboratory testing by professionals.

Once you're on contraception, it allows you to be monitored regularly for changes in your sperm concentration.
